Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. This includes any shrink wrap, sleeves, inserts, and hype stickers.

Opened or played vinyl records cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used vinyl records

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you’d like.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
